I have talked before about the desire for a good work space at home so when I saw these images I was very excited. We have room about this size that I am sure we could decorate to look like one of these home offices.

However, there is one small problem. That room happens to be my son's room. He may only be a baby but I'm not sure he'd want to give up his bedroom just so I can have a pretty office. Oh well...

Or I could use the space for this cute little reading nook.

I know, I know, I hear you. My little boy needs a bedroom. But you wait, one day I'll have a nice little office AND a cute reading room just like these.

As a big lover of photography I have admired this bangle for ages. Unfortunately though it's not for sale any more. This is such a shame as it's so cleverly done and is so beautiful. It's probably a bit mean of me teasing you with this gorgeous piece of jewellery too but I like it so much I wanted to share this image with someone.... anyone....

I do like to show you a great relaxing image to start the weekend with. At first glace you might not think this is the most suitable chilled out photo but I just think it would be so nice to be wrapped up under cover watching heavy rain like this. Can't say I like the rain particularly when I'm out in it but there's something about getting up close to a rain storm when you're not actually getting wet.

Hope you all have a lovely and dry weekend!

This is probably the most practical of mismatched bridesmaid ideas. Many brides do want to follow a colour scheme so the thought of putting their bridesmaids in an assortment of colours would really confuse the whole thing. However, if you have a group of women of all shapes and sizes it's going to hard to find a dress that suits everyone. Therefore, why not pick a colour and then each bridesmaid gets to choose a dress in any style as long as it fits the colous scheme. Here are some great ideas to make sure everyone feels comfortable and looks stunning.

There's going to be one more part to this mismatched bridesmaids series and then I'm done... I think!

I know summer is pretty much over now and I should be putting on my thermals and posting pictures of chunky sweaters but I can't resist these fabulous sandals.

I love the shapes and colours and I can think of so many outfits these would look great with. And they look really comfy too (in my world a wedge shoe is practically a flat!). Oh well, roll on next summer. Now where did I put those woolly socks?

This photo really make me want to hop in the car and go on a road trip. My hubby and I used to go on spontaneous weekends away all the time. But that was before the children came along! I guess there's no reason we can't all jump in the car and head off somewhere. It would just take a little bit more planning and a lot more luggage!

Whether you are staying at home or are off on adventure this weekend. I hope you all have a lovely time.

So... Getting married? Love Converse? Then why not wear a super pair of Chucks underneath your wedding dress? I reckon it's a great way of matching your shoes to a colour scheme. Personally, I'd want a fancy pair of wedding shoes for the actual ceremony but thought of such a comfy pair of shoes to dance the night away in certainly appeals! What do you think?

At the end of my April is Diamond post I said you might fancy dropping hints to a loved one about being treated to a bit of diamond jewellery. I just wanted to remind you to make sure you specified what you meant by diamond jewellery or you might end up with something like this!

Although please don't get me wrong, I do think these pieces are fabulous. I just think they might be a bit of shock if you were expecting something with a touch more sparkle.

Hope you've all had a fantastic weekend!

As it's the closing ceremony of the Paralympics tonight I figured this would be the last opportunity I'd get to show you this rather fabulous Union Jack handbag. I have been loving all the London and Britain inspired items in the shops over the past year thanks to the Jubilee, the Olympics and Paralympics. In fact I'm going to be rather sad when all these kind of designs become a bit untrendy which is bound to happen!

I love purple. I love sparkles. These could therefore be my perfect pair of shoes. In fact as I've been posting this I've just realised I have a glittery purple handbag which would match these shoes perfectly. I'd best get shoe shopping!

Purple sparkles or not I hope you all have a super duper fantastic weekend!

All the peacock pictures we've been showing you on here lately ended up leaving us feeling rather inspired. Here is a little look at one of our newest pieces featuring lots of gorgeous peacock colours.

What do you think? It's always great to try new colour combinations of Swarovski pearls and crystals and what better place to get inspiration than nature where all the colour combinations were created to work perfectly.

Have you been guessing what the birthstone for April will be? Or perhaps you already knew. Well here it is... Diamond. Here are a few sparkly diamond inspired images. Who cares if your birthday isn't even in April, why not treat yourself to a bit of bling - or leave big enough hints so someone else spoils you rotten!

When putting together the March is aquamarine post I came across so many absolutely gorgeous aquamarine coloured shoes that I thought I would dedicate a whole post to them. I love all these pairs and think there's something for every occasion.
