So have you been having a spooky time today? Or are you just sitting at home stuffing your face with sweets? Whichever it is I am glad you've stopped by to see what Halloween treats this blog has for you tonight. When you think of Halloween colours you immediately think orange and black - well I do anyway - but don't forget purple. I'd say it was actually even more of a dramatic Halloween colour. What do you think?

I keep collecting images which I think would be fantastic for a post celebrating the arrival of spring, however, as the days start to become increasingly wintery it feel like it will be ages until that post gets published. Therefore, I have decided to forget it's autumn and show you a few lovely spring colours! After all it is spring is some parts of the world.

Oh those brilliant yellows and greens! Don't they just put a smile on your face? The first picture is a gorgeous spring or summer outfit which makes me think I need to add a yellow skirt to my wardrobe. And the next two could be perfect clothes for a big night out or perhaps a spring wedding.

Right as you were. Back to your chunky sweaters and furry boots but it WILL be spring again soon.

I actually rather like autumn and the fact that the weather is colder. I like wrapping up in boots and jumpers and I love wearing the earthy tones of autumn colours. Here are a few images that I think show perfect outfits for this season.

After posting yesterday about those gorgeous aqua coloured wedding and bridesmaid dresses I got to thinking about what Tilly & Tabitha jewellery would match them. Therefore here's a sneaky snapshot of a bracelet which would go perfectly. I so can't wait until our shop is open. Not long now!

Until I saw these photos I would never have thought pale aqua would work as a wedding dress colour. Bridesmaid's dresses definitely, but not striking enough for a wedding dress. I'd have thought the bride would just end up looking like a bridesmaid. How wrong was I though? These dresses show that aqua is definitely a cool alternative to white and would look great at a wedding by the sea.

Wouldn't these be the perfect pair of shoes to go with one of these dresses? Or even just to have a hint of aqua if you don't fancy a whole dress.

And I know I am meant to be showing you dresses for the brides but I can't resist these bridesmaid's dresses as they are so gorgeous and very classy.

You wanna see something that is both stylish and adorable? Thought so....

Isn't this photo just so impossibly cute? I hope the mum has this blown up and put on the wall. Or at least saved it somewhere to use in years to come, perhaps as an 18th birthday or hen night invitation.

Hope you're all having a lovely weekend.

I hope you all have a beautifully relaxing weekend as I'm sure you deserve it. This looks like a pretty great way to start the weekend. Oh to be able to lounge around and be brought breakfast in bed. What bliss. I'm always woken up early by my children who I must say are such morning people. It's a shame I'm not!

I've featured a lot of suggestions for small offices you can incorporate into your home and today I'm going to show you a few ideas for putting an work space in your bedroom. I think each of these would fit into a bedroom really well. The colours are light and airy and the desks just look like they could be dressing tables.

One thing you can do to make your bedroom work space look less like a formal office is to get a pretty chair. The one above is actually an office chair but in white which I think looks great. The one below uses chairs that probably aren't as comfy but look really stylish.

And isn't this an interesting idea? This room appears to be a nursery/office. I am pretty sure that's a changing table on the left.

I am afraid to say I do identify with these words. I can't help being annoyed when I go out thinking I actually look rather good then end up not seeing anyone I know all day! Please tell me I'm not the only person who thinks like this!

Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend. I'm off now to decide what to wear for the next couple of days (based on who I'm planning to see of course!!)

Whilst browsing a few blogs recently I spotted this green skirt and fell instantly in love! I absolutely adore that colour and have never seen it used with sparkles like that. A definite head turner if you were to wear it on a night out. The annoying thing about this skirt though is that's it's not available to buy anywhere. It was actually handmade (and made in about 15 minute amazingly) by Petrisa in Australia. Oh well, I can just dream!

I had become so obsessed with whether bridesmaids dresses were matching or not I completely forgot about the bride. Rather careless of me I'd say as it should really be all about the bride - Ha ha!  Anyway, here are just a few beautiful wedding dress photos that have caught my eye recently.

I'm thinking it might be time for a new pair of Converse. My husband bought me a bright yellow pair way back at the beginning of summer and they've become a firm favourite of mine. Yellow is such a bright, happy and summery colour.

I am now thinking I *need* a navy blue pair such as these below. They would just be so practical and I can see myself wearing them all the time.

However, whilst on my search for an image of the plain navy I happened upon these cute spotty ones! Perhaps something else to think about......?

Source
Oh and I am having to tell myself not to buy these ones for either of my children. Aren't they brilliant though? A mini pair of yellow Converse so we could go out in matching footwear. My daughter and I have already ended up with new winter boots that are suspiciously similar!

Source
That's all from me on the matter.... for now. Please feel free to try and talk me into or out of purchasing any of the above!

I am sure there is some old rule somewhere that says sequins should never been worn in the day time. But I say to hell with the rules. Winter's drawing in, let's make our sweaters look just that little bit more glam. Here are two of my favourites.

Here is the final part of my mismatched bridesmaids series and possibly my favourite way of doing it. In this images the dresses are the same but it's the accessories, in particular the shoes, that are in different colours. I think this works best with a simple dress and really bright shoes. I am actually rather loving the idea of black bridesmaids dresses which isn't really such a common thing here in the UK.

So you've seen four lots of mismatched ideas now. Which is your favourite?
